You are looking at a Good Guy Doll "Sneaky Eyes" that is 30 inches tall that you can pose by moving and positioning his arms. His feet and legs move as well and he can stand on his own. Obviously his eyes glow in the dark. He is called "Sneaky Eyes" because of his eyes and how he looks like he is laughing at you internally and planning his next move. He has a little weight to him as well - this is not a plush doll.

His head moves up and down and side to side. Has hand made sweater and corduroy coveralls. Has battery compartment as well.
