Chucky Doll Sideshow Toy 1999 MIB OOP Child's Play 1st Batch Error Blonde Hair

Brand new, mint in box, only displayed. The box as a tear above the second letter C of the Chucky name on the front. Before this doll they had the Bride of Chucky dolls (Chucky and Tiffany) and Chucky had read hair so no idea why this one's hair is brighter.

I was informed by Sideshow Toy about something concerning the license approved for red or lighter hair and still have the e-mails for reference. Package has slight storage wear. Second official Chucky doll produced after the smaller promotional ones from Universal Studios.
